(no homo)
What do you guys use? I can't seem to find anything that is comfortable AND protects. Without getting into details, I always have to keep readjusting the cup during training and I never manage to find the perfect balance; it's either comfortable OR protective but never both at once.
I'm using Under Armour compression shorts with a slot for a cup along with a Shock Doctor cup.
Any (serious please!) suggestions?

All jokes aside Steve, everyone's different. I've tried and/or know guys who have: - Not worn any - Worn baseball style cups - Worn hockey style cups - Worn only the cup support - Worn gigantic Kickboxing style cups over shorts or Gi pants - Above but ONLY when doing Stand Up Fighting - Worn briefs under the cup - Worn briefs over the cup - Worn the cup then the spandex shorts over them (Placing naked junk inside then covering everything). To get real personal, I found the last option the best as the cup tends to not move around as much with the direct contact to the skin. BUT this means a washing of the support after EVERY class Owning two is also easier and recommended. Hope this helps but trial and error should resolve your annoyance. Mike.

I have bought a number of them at the Martial Artist. they fit snugly and have a bit of a "reach around", that comes up behind your balls to help protect from that soccer kick to the sac.

Thanks for taking it seriously, guys.
I'm glad to see that different people have to try different things . . . I was starting to wonder why just wearing something "standard" wasn't doing the trick.
It sucks to have to step away from training after every drill to re-adjust but I also don't want to take the chance of training unprotected so I'll try some of these suggestions until I figure out what works best.
Thanks again!

I don't usually have one, but the best I have tried is called "Nutty Buddy" go to Google and look at the videos. Although I have not caught a 100 mph fastball with it I believe it works.
