OK, I am on your web page, please explain why two tridents, as opposed to one. Which (one trident) was the agreed crest with Gerry.

Sure. the answer is written in the Fellowship Board section but this following response I had written isn't top secret info or anything... "Hi Dave! With our Ottawa club using the single Trident I figured it best to differentiate the Fellowship's logo/crest from ours. The Fellowship is not an extention or another fraction of the Ottawa club. By adding another Trident to the Fellowship design, my overall impression or desire was to convey more than one Trident (Club) coming together or meeting together for a common purpose - The Fellowship. Also it looked pretty cool Mike."

Thanks Mike, that is pretty much what I figured, and I just want it in the open, I am fine with that .
;)When I return to Canada in a year or three, I will probably stick the trident in my club crest somewhere, or just revert to my old club crest. Which I developed when I started my club in Victoria in 1986, it was a red maple leaf within a octagon. The maple leaf presents, Canada and our roots from Canadian Jiu-jitsu under George S. and Ron Forrester, with the octagon representing the eight kuzushi's or balance.
